Ironically, only a few months later the SEO pendulum swung the other way and many people started worrying that their internal links were causing them problems.  That was how they rationalized the PageRank Sculpting nonsense.</description>

With all the arguments you made above, you really made me think about my internal linking structure (or lack thereof). 

Now rather than seeking out external links it has solidified in my mond that I need to create lots more pages and establish regular interlinking.
